Finding an Asian restaurant that’s peanut-free can be a challenge, but my recent visit to Teriyaki Madness in Lake Forest was a delightful experience that I’m eager to share.
One of the first things I appreciated was how clearly they listed their allergen information on their website. As someone with a peanut allergy, this transparency is crucial for feeling safe while enjoying a meal.
I decided to try the orange chicken, and it was fantastic! The crispy texture and tangy sauce were perfectly balanced. My brother, who’s a fan of Panda Express, even said it was better than their version. Since I can't have Panda Express due to peanuts in their menu, this was a particularly sweet discovery.
I also tried my brother's teriyaki chicken, which was incredibly flavorful. The chicken was tender, and the sauce had just the right blend of sweet and savory. I had my meal with white rice and poured their flavorful sauce on top, taking the dish even further.
I was so impressed that I bought a bottle of their spicy sauce to take home. It’s not every day that you find a sauce that’s both delicious and safe for those with allergies.
I’m thrilled to have found Teriyaki Madness, a place where I can safely enjoy Asian cuisine without worrying about peanuts. The delicious food and considerate approach to allergens have won me over, and I can’t wait to return!
