I recently tried Masala Waves in Huntington Beach, and it was so good I had to write about it. The restaurant serves a mix of Indian and Nepali food, and if you think you know Indian cuisine, this place might surprise you. For my appetizer, I got the chicken momos, which are basically Nepali dumplings, and they were packed with flavor, way better than regular dumplings. For my main dish, I had the chicken tandoori (half order), and it was amazing. Never tasted tandoori this juicy with that perfect smoky spice. The restaurant has a chill vibe, and the staff was really friendly too. If you're anywhere near Huntington and you're into bold flavors, definitely check out Masala Waves. It's one of those spots you’ll want to come back to.
